Where do I find my order number?
NOTE: The numbers off your online order confirmation e-mail will not work. You must use the order number issued by the sales department. This order number is sent when your order is processed!
Why can't I track my order?
You may receive confirmation of your order before it is in the UPS Tracking System. If your tracking session is unsuccessful, please try on the following day.
Why can't I track my USPS (Postal) order?
Tracking is not available on our special $4.25 USPS shipping rate. If tracking or delivery time frames are important, you should ship your orders via UPS.
